If you are interested in learning to climb or take your abilities to the next level, head over to the Breckenridge Recreation Center. The Rec Center offers classes on their rock climbing wall.  If you are looking for a few good climbing locations in Summit County, head to Prospector Campground off of Swan Mountain Road for beginner climbs, Peru Creek area in Montezuma beyond Keystone for intermediate climbers, or Independence Pass between Leadville and Aspen for advanced classes. If you are in need of rock climbing gear to rent or purchase, head over to Mountain Outfitters and they can assist you and answer any questions that you may have.
