Breckenridge Family Activities: Winter / Spring
Nothing is more magical than waking up to a fresh coat of snow in the Rocky Mountains. Breckenridge Ski Resort‘s well-groomed slopes make it easy for families to explore all 5 peaks throughout the week. Kids ages 3 and up can learn to ski and snowboard at the Breckenridge Ski and Ride School while older kids can gain new skills alongside their parents during a Family Private Lesson. Skiing and snowboarding isn’t the only way to enjoy our winter wonderland, active families can enjoy hitting the trails on a snowmobile tour, dog sled ride or guided snowshoe tour. Make sure to also hit the town and grab a tasty cup of hot cocoa in between all of the activities! Of course, you’ll also have to make time to visit the sledding hill, create a few snow angels and unwind with a hot stone massage while the kids nap.
