Aurum Food & Wine
Cozy up inside one of Aurums outdoor Yurts.
Enjoy a date night, family gathering or celebrate a special occasion in one of Aurum’s four heated dining yurts. Each outdoor yurt can accommodate up to 8 people and features a special chef’s multi-course menu. Wine pairings, bottle service and supplemental items are available upon request.
Blue Fish Sushi
From grilled entrees and sushi to cocktails, everything The Blue Fish creates is a piece of art made by skilled hands from the best of ingredients. Find this Japanese and sushi restaurant on the north end of town next to Salt Creek Saloon. Dome availability is limited, so be sure to reserve in advance!

Piante Pizzeria
Enjoy a night under the stars at Piante.
Organic, plant-based and wood-fired Italian goes gourmet at Piante Pizzeria. Wholesome and sustainable cravings are answered with house-made smoked organic cashew mozzarella, pea protein and seitan “meats,” and shiitake mushroom bacon. Even hardcore carnivores love the creamy white pizza with house mozzarella and cashew ricotta, garlic, shitake bacon and arugula. Dine in one of Piante’s new outdoor domes, available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Quandary Grille

Head to the Quandary Grille near the base of Peak 9 for the perfect après-ski menu. Gravity Haus
Cozy up in your own personal cabana at Cabin Juice.
Relax and reserve a private cabana session at Cabin Juice inside the modern social space and bespoke hotel Gravity Haus. Located at the base of Peak 9, these private domes are just a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift. Make this space your dedicated warming hut for a ski day (8:30 am – 2 pm), après (2:30 – 5 pm), or for a cozy dinner with multiple seatings starting at 5:15 pm.
