The Breckenridge Police Department manages parking and enforcement operations in town. The administrative services for Parking is located at the Breckenridge Police Department, located at 150 Valley Brook Street. If, after visiting this site you still have questions or need information regarding parking operations please stop by the Police Department during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), or by calling 970.547.3122.
The Police Department has implemented strategies to increase parking opportunities within the downtown parking district. Additional 3-hour parking spaces were added along Main Street and an additional delivery by permit area was added on Adams Avenue.
The Town of Breckenridge is pleased to offer a wide variety of parking permits that are designed to meet the needs of our guests, businesses and residents. Many parking services are available at our two Self-Service Parking Kiosks. These include citation payments, citation disputes, and overnight permits. These kiosks are available 24 hours a day at Town Hall (150 Ski Hill Road) and the Police Department (150 Valley Brook Street.) Please note that Employees at Town Hall are not equipped to answer parking questions or accept payments. Please visit the Breckenridge Police Department during normal business hours if you have additional questions.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is prohibited in all Town of Breckenridge operated parking lots between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the months of November through April, each year. Parking restrictions are strictly enforced. Other restrictions may apply. Always check signs before parking! We do offer overnight parking at the Ice Arena and Satellite Lots for a nominal fee.
