BRECKENRIDGE, CO - Apr 7, 2011 – The Colorado Tourism Office (CTO) will bring its Roadshow tourism presentation to Breckenridge’s Beaver Run Resort on Tuesday, April 19 at 10:00 a.m. Summit County’s tourism community is encouraged to attend the free, two-hour session to:
- Learn how the CTO allocates its $15 million budget to promote the state as a top tourism destination through advertising and PR.
- Learn about statistics and trends that Summit County businesses can use in marketing plans, including content marketing.
- Learn more about the 2012 Matching Grant Programs.
- Learn how to maximize marketing dollars through Colorado’s official communications and travel resources including COLORADO.com and The Official State Vacation Guide.
- Ask some of Colorado’s top tourism experts what works for them.
