Located just minutes from the heart of downtown Breckenridge, these units are an easy walk to the ski lifts at Peak 9. The Lift condos are in the Four Seasons neighborhood of Breckenridge. The complex offers one, two, two+loft, and three bedroom condos. These spacious low moderate units were built in 1972. 

The property is about 2 blocks to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift, an easy 1 block walk to historic Main Street, and 1 block to a free ski/town shuttle stop.

Guests are invited to enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tubs and outdoor heated pool at the Columbine Clubhouse. The clubhouse is 1.5 blocks from the property. Additional amenities include assigned covered parking + 1 additional space per guest in outdoor lot on site and central laundry facilities.
