This newly built (2003 and 2004) townhome complex features fully-equipped 3 bedroom units. Each unit has a garage and private hot tub.

The property is located about 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. It is 3 miles from the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift. There is no shuttle service available. A car is recommended.

The units also offer a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and BBQ grill.
