The Charter Ridge townhomes are located on Boreas Pass Rd. The complex offers 4 bedroom units built in 1993.

The property is about 3 miles to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift. It is also 3 miles to shopping, dining, and nightlife on historic Main St. There is an hourly shuttle stop 1 ½ blocks away. A car is recommended.

Relax in the private hot tub after a fun day of skiing or hiking. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, and private garage. There is also a deck and washer/dryer.
