This small motel is located at the north entrance of Breckenridge across the road from the Breckenridge Recreation Center. It is a two story building with a gas fireplace in the lobby and an outdoor hot tub on site. 

It is about 1/2 mile from the center of Breckenridge and about 1 mile to the Breckenridge Ski Resort at Peak 9. The Summit Stage shuttle bus stops across the street, but a car is highly recommended when staying here. There is an outdoor parking lot on site.

Other amenities include central laundry facilities, daily maid service, and limited front desk hours. It was built in 1997 and is one of the few properties in Breckenridge with air-conditioned rooms.
