Biking

Explore hundreds of trails on a mountain bike, ride along a paved path on a comfort bike, or have Alpine Sports transport you and your bike to the top of Vail Pass and cruise fourteen miles downhill on a paved path all the way down to Frisco! All types and sizes of bicycles can be rented at various locations across town.

Boating

With one lake, 25 miles of shoreline, two great marinas, and picturesque views you are sure to find some summer fun for the whole family!

Dillon Marina: Visit the world’s highest deep-water marina! With motorized boat rentals, SUP & kayak rentals, and offering sailing school & lake tours, there is something for everyone! Stop by Pug Ryan’s Lakeside Tiki Bar and enjoy your favorite boat drink while taking in the incredible views!

Frisco Bay Marina: A full-service marina at 9,000 feet offering kayak, canoe, & SUP rentals, powerboat and fishing boat rentals, sailboat lessons, rentals, & tours, fishing, and a marina park. Located at the south end of Main Street in Frisco, you’re close to local shops and restaurants. But if you don’t want to travel onto the mainland, be sure to enjoy dinner and drinks at the Island Grill!

Breckenridge Arts District

Steeped in culture and heritage, the town of Breckenridge provides a unique mix of artistic and creative opportunities for people of all ages and interests. Established in 2014, the Breckenridge Arts District supports and promotes arts, culture, and creative experiences throughout the town. Stop by to tour historical arts facilities, take part in their creative workshops, or attend a live performance.

Once upon a time, the Country Boy Mine was one of the largest and most famous gold mines in Colorado. Today, you can join them for a tour of a real gold mine, pet the burros, slide down the ore chute, visit the General Store and pan for gold at the original mine.
